While I prefer a fully rendered to your taste front facing image (and bonus if there is side and/or back images as well) I can work with non complete references (sketches, unrendered pieces, non front facing images). However keep in mind that as per my Terms of Service this will: greatly increase the price due to having to make/draw my own references/rendering, as well as requiring alot more communication, & back and forth! Make sure to check out my previous works as I'll most likely mention/show if I had to make the rendering myself & what references I had to work with! This can help you determine if you are comfortable coming with a sketch that I render to my tastes, or want to wait untill you have a fully finished reference.

I am open to helping design outfits/a character that I could 3D Model however this would also greatly increase the price for the same reasons as above! (About 100+ USD extra starting price for just front facing rendered reference, but helping design a character from scratch would be a higher fee!). Please fill in the extra info tab if you are interested in this kinda service as this is a special request! And please make sure you have seen my own personal model, drawings, and clothing designs to make sure my style can fit your needs!

I am lenient on payment arrangements however 25% of payment is required to start & 100% of payment is required for the files!

Estimated delivery of 2-5 months after 50% of payment is made. (If your model is complex, this can be on the longer end, if your model is more simple, on the lower end)

If you need by a specific deadline debut a fee increase is required & please contact me! I work on multiple models at once in no specific order however if you need priority we will need to discuss!

I can only take a limited amount of clients per batch as I am only one person, however if you were not accepted please don't fret; I encourage re-applying during the next batch! You will be notified if you were accepted within 1 week of the batch closing.

While I will try to match your reference(s) to the absolute best of my ability; please understand that some designs don't translate 1:1 with the technical limitations of 3D.

The model proportions will be based off the reference(s) you send, so if the proportions differ from your own their may be inconsistencies with full body tracking (FBT).

If you would like me to make the 3D model in a style different to the reference, or don't have a full front-facing sheet, I can work with that, however the price may be more expensive due to having to do some extra guess work on my part (such as potentially drawing my own 2D front facing ref, or rendering). The result may not be what you're wanting, feel free to discuss with me when accepted.

Basically; the more clear references of what you want, the more likely it will come out in a result you want!

I am not responsible for software and/or hardware related issues.

You may not feed my work into AI.

I am lenient to work with different types of payment arrangements! However I will not start on your model untill at least 25% of the payment has been made!

In order to receive the finished project you must have finalized 100% payment.

A strict deadline will occur a fee increase.

Extra payment will be required for additional outfits, hair, or addons (beyond what the basic package entails)!

Revisions that are large will require additional payments (I generally will discuss ahead of time if we are entering a stage where revisions will be considered large).

Generally when revisions are considered large are when the model is ready to be rigged.

Before the rigging stage I accept small revisions such as small proportional adjustments, small silhouette adjustment, and small texture adjustments.

If you would like a completely different outfit or hair from what you ordered, please let me know before I start. Their may need to be a total fee adjustment based on how complicated the changes are.

Typically one model can take 2-5 months to complete. If your design & textures are simpler, this can be on the shorter end. If your design is more complex it will be on the longer end.

If you need the model by/before a specific deadline (such as before a special event, or debut) this will require a fee increase as I will prioritize your commission.

After final payment is made, you will receive all necessary files.

I will walk you through setup if requested at no extra cost!

Credit to me wherever the model is used is required.

You may use the 3D model for streaming, videos, shorts, & concerts. You can also use renders of the 3D model in streaming schedules.

Usage of the 3D model in commercial product activity such as merchandising must be discussed and additional payment will occur. (We will discuss specifics before any work is started!).

You cannot re-sell the 3D model without commercial rights.

If you would like Full Rights to any usage of the model additional fee will occur.

You do not need to purchase Full Rights right away, at any point even after the commission is finished you may contact me about it!

You are free to completely edit the model but credit to me is still required.

You can not re-distribute the model files without prior discussion of doing so unless you purchased Full Rights.

I retain Full Rights over the 3D model, and unless prior discussion I am allowed to post pictures, videos, & timelapses of the model.

If you paid, but cancel before any work is started you will receive a full refund.

If I need to cancel you will receive a full refund.

You cannot receive a refund on finished parts of the work if you cancel.

There will be plenty of communication in between making the model, so you cannot receive a refund for a completed model.

I am open to communication via Twitter, VGen, or Discord.

If you would prefer communication through Discord voice call or Discord voice notes I am fine with that as well. However, text is my preferred.

You will only be contacted if commission is accepted.

You will receive consistent updates during progress points, but at any point you can request updates as well.

I will send video updates as well as .png shots!
